Now that we are subscribed to all of the feedback loops, we can add the "upload your list" feature. This has always been a big hole with Vertuso when compared to the competition.

We are still on the fence with allowing uploads with no signup ip address, but the fact is that most people are using DHCP so their ip will change from week to week anyway. We will probably go with allowing it and we can always change this policy later on if we get spammers abusing the system. The feedback loops will tell us immediately if someone is abusive, so this should be a no-brainer.

"Download your list" is also a must-have feature, so this will be next too.
